CHI Health Buddy is a mobile app that connects the patient to the doctor & CHI monitoring team. It prompts patients when to take the prescribed medicine & conduct vital tests. It records the data & shares it with the doctor & CHI Command Center for real-time observation and intervention.
CHI Health Buddy allows patients to book appointments that can be attended physically or virtually. These appointments are scheduled with the patient’s primary physician. Health Buddy app also accepts digital payments for offered services.
CHI maintains the patient’s personal health records through automated data recording and updation. These records are made available to the patient’s primary doctor and are maintained for future consultants as well. The health records can be accessible from the Health Buddy App and the CHI Patient’s Portal (web-based)
CHI Command Center ensures 24/7 monitoring of the patient’s vitals by medical staff. All critical observations are immediately addressed in real-time by CHI staff & escalated to the primary doctor.
