ISMS Policy

Cognitive Healthcare International ensures to maintain a management system designed to meet the requirements of ISO 27001:2022 in pursuit of its primary objectives, the purpose, and the context of the organization.

Following are the policy statements pertaining to ISMS:

To ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements of Cognitive Healthcare International customers, stakeholders and interested parties whenever possible, meeting and exceeding their expectations.
To make the details of Cognitive Healthcare International policies known to all other interested parties including external parties, where appropriate.
To ensure that Cognitive Healthcare International maintains its awareness for continual improvement using risk-based approach, and the ISMS is regularly reviewed by leadership to ensure it remains appropriate and suitable to Cognitive Healthcare International business. The ISMS is subject to (required to undergo) both internal and external annual audits.
Provide trained and competent staff and any other resource requirements to meet the ISMS objectives.
Comply with all legal requirements, codes of practice and other requirements applicable to Cognitive Healthcare International activities.
Ensure the information security of all the resources is compliant with the ISMS.
Ensure that all employees are made aware of their individual obligations in respect of information security policy.
All the information security controls are driven by business needs, and this will be regularly communicated to all staff through team meetings and briefing documents.
Information security objectives will be documented for an agreed time, together with details of how they will be achieved.
